The Division of Student Life is thrilled to announce that nominations for the 2025-26 Student Leadership Awards are now open.  Nominations are due by 5:00 PM, Thursday, February 26th.  Once nominations are complete, all nominees will be sent nominee response forms for the categories in which they were nominated.

Award recipients will be announced at the 2026 Student Leadership Awards Banquet on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 from 6:30 - 8:00 PM.

March 1st DEADLINE

The March 1st Deadline is fast approaching! This deadline is for Fall Program Providers and the SU London Fall Semester. Check out the requirements below:

Requirements:

1. Study Abroad Advising is mandatory prior to submitting your application. If you are unable to attend an info session, check out our website for more opportunities to get advising!
2. Be sure to submit your complete program application on VIA by March 1st, 2026. 
3. Make sure the scholarship form under your application is also complete by March 1st.

The Center for Career & Professional Development (CCPD) is offering a virtual Info Session TODAY - Thursday, February 26 at 3:00 pm highlighting the Robert H. Jackson Center Summer Internship Program with the Center's President, Kristan McMahon.

The 10-week internship program offers students opportunities to gain experience in marketing, museum studies - archives, education and exhibitions, research, translation of historical documents in German and French, journalism, plus more. Participating students are provided a $3,000 stipend, and the opportunity to travel to Washington, D.C. for a behind the scenes tour of the Supreme Court, and visits to the Supreme Court Historical Society, the Library of Congress, and other D.C. sites. 

Please note: The Robert H. Jackson Center has extended the application deadline to Monday, March 2 for Southwestern students.
