Have You Attended An Admitted Student Day Before?

Do you remember visiting campus when you were considering Southwestern?

Do you recall the excitement of the student org fair and meeting our amazing current students? Well, now you can be on the other side of the table!

Please consider signing up for our final admitted student day of the semester to give these prospective studies the best visit ever!!

We’re inviting student organizations to participate in our Admitted Student Day on Saturday, April 25, specifically for our annual student org fair that wraps up the event. The fair will be set up like a traditional student org fair, giving prospective students and their families a great opportunity to meet current Pirates and get a glimpse of campus life. It’s always such a fun and engaging part of the day!

The fair will take place in the McCombs Ballrooms from 2:30–3:00 PM. We’d love to have as many student organizations as possible participate and represent themselves. Last year, nearly 50 groups joined us, and it was a fantastic turnout.

I’ve included the link to the organization sign-up sheet here for your convenience so groups can easily register. As we get closer to the event, our SHARP Coordinators and I will follow up with additional details, reminders, and logistics.

Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need more information. Thank you all so much!

Pirate Pantry NEEDS YOUR SUPPORT! - Please Complete Survey!

Dear Southwestern University Community Member,

You are invited to participate in a research study to assess food security among the Southwestern campus community. You are being recruited as a possible participant because you are a member of the Southwestern community (student, faculty and/or staff). Your participation is voluntary and should only take 5-7 minutes. As per Institutional Review Board requirements, all identifying variables will be removed in order to maintain confidentiality. Completed surveys will be stored on a password-protected computer for 5 years and then destroyed unless needed for ongoing research.
