This virtual session will guide you through simple mindfulness practices, including deep breathing and a short body scan, to reduce stress and support mental clarity.

We will also take a few moments to reflect on our current mental state, gently acknowledging thoughts and feelings without judgment. This check-in offers a safe, supportive space to slow down, tune in, and practice self-care so you can return to your day feeling more centered and refreshed.

As part of the Learning Commons, you’ll contribute to a collaborative, student-centered environment that supports academic growth across disciplines.

Work one-on-one with students or in small groups to strengthen writing, course content knowledge, and study strategies
Help peers build confidence and become more independent learners
