Final Mindfulness Mental Health Check-In of the Semester – Join Us Today
As the semester comes to a close and finals week begins, take a moment to pause and care for your mental well-being.
Join us today for a brief but meaningful 20-minute Mindfulness Mental Health Check-In (wherever you are!) designed to help you reset, breathe, and ground yourself during a busy and often stressful time of the semester.
This virtual session will guide you through simple mindfulness practices, including deep breathing and a short body scan, to help reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and support mental clarity as you prepare for finals.
We will also take a few moments to gently check in with ourselves, noticing our thoughts and feelings without judgment. This space is meant to be supportive, restorative, and accessible for anyone who could benefit from a brief pause in their day.
Whether you join with your camera on or off, this is a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and carry a sense of calm into the rest of your week.
Who It’s For:
Anyone looking for a quick mental reset before finals. Whether you are new to mindfulness or have experience, all are welcome. No special equipment or preparation is needed. Just come as you are.
